Alicia has an interest in creating detailed narratives with her images with the use of landscapes and portraiture. Her portraiture has focused more on self portraits in the recent years however she is expanding her portfolio with other portraits. Along side her photographic narratives she includes a lot of poetry some her own and others from poets; she finds this collaboration between text and images very intriguing.
